Minimum rental from July 20 to September 6 : the week from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.
The prices include gas and electricity .
Sheets and linen are not provided.
End-of-stay cleaning can be provided : 40€
Sheet hire : 12€/pair.
Visitor's tax : 1 € per person per day .
Deposit for the reservation : 25% of the rent
A security bond of 200€ will be payable on arrival as well as the balance of the rent.
This will be refunded on departure or a maximum of 2 months, after any deduction in case of damage or loss of objects etc.
Reservation procedure.
If the desired reservation period is available, then:
you just need to send us your Last Name, First Name, Address, number of adults and children, a mobile number to synchronize upon arrival.
With this information we send you, by return email, a rental contract proposal.
If the proposal interests you, you send us a double signed contract and a reservation deposit of about 20% . payment by bank transfer .
From the reception of these elements, the reservation is definitively acquired to you.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of the documents.
